4th of July

For 4th of July we went to our wards annual 4th of July pancake breakfast and flag ceremony. It was the perfect way to start the day. Charles participated in the flag ceremony and did a great job.

Aunt Julya helped the kids make tie-dye shirts so they all got to wear there handmade 4th of July shirts. 

Even Jillian had one.

Then they participated in the parade and had lots of FUN!!!

Then we spent the afternoon BBQing and swimming at Uncle Justin's house

Swim Lessons

We've been doing swim lessons through the city for a few years now and the kids really enjoy it. At the end of each session they get to jump off the diving board if they want. Claudia was really hesitant but did it and kept doing it every day. 

 

 

On the last day of class all the kids played tag together in the pool. The swim instructors helped Claudia and Megan get around the pool and tried to keep them from getting tagged. Claudia LOVED it but Megan was a bit nervous! She is not a fan of boys.
